How fast do coins arrive?
As soon as your payment clears. Card charges credit within seconds; crypto invoices credit after the required block confirmations. The system is automated, so there is no manual step between payment and delivery.
What if I enter the wrong username?
Checkout validates the username against PGTools accounts before payment, so nonexistent or malformed entries are rejected up front. The only residual risk is a typo that happens to match a different real account. Once coins credit there, they can't be reversed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard) with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link via Stripe, plus regional methods like iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna, and Revolut Pay where eligible. Cryptocurrency invoices covering BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT, and several other tokens.
Are refunds available?
Coins are digital content delivered instantly, so orders are generally final. I refund in narrow cases: delivery failure, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or non-conformity. See the refund policy for the full rules.
Is this run by PGTools?
No. This site is operated independently by 0x00 as a top-up provider for PGTools. See the terms of service for the full relationship.
Will I get a receipt?
Stripe emails a receipt automatically for card payments. Crypto payments don't send an email receipt; the on-chain transaction and your order ID serve as proof of payment instead.
Can I get a VAT invoice or German Rechnung?
The Stripe receipt covers most needs. If you need an itemised invoice for B2B reverse-charge or to book the top-up as an expense, email support with your order ID and we'll generate one manually. There's no automated PDF flow yet.
Is my card data safe?
Your card never touches my servers. Stripe handles authorization, capture, and fraud scoring end-to-end. I only see the last four digits and a risk score.
What if my payment is declined?
Your bank decides whether to approve the charge. Declined cards and failed 3D Secure checks don't charge you anything. Try a different card, or contact your issuing bank.
