Terms of service

This site is run independently by me (0x00 on Discord). I am the seller of the coins you buy here: card charges run through Stripe and crypto invoices through a cryptocurrency payment processor, and once a charge captures, coins are credited automatically to the PGTools username you entered at checkout.

I am notthe publisher of the PGTools application itself. "PGTools" refers to the third-party application; I operate as an independent top-up provider for it. Any trademarks, logos, or names associated with PGTools belong to their respective owners.

By placing a top-up order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement. If you are buying on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have their authority to do so.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not complete a purchase.

I sell in-app coins redeemable inside the PGTools application. Coins are a digital entitlement associated with a PGTools username. They are not legal tender, are not redeemable for cash, and have no value outside the PGTools ecosystem.

I may adjust pricing, promotional rates, and the coin package sizes offered on this site from time to time. Changes apply to new orders only.

You are responsible for providing the correct, case-sensitive PGTools username at checkout. I do not collect account passwords, emails, or any other credential; the username alone is sufficient to deliver coins, so the accuracy of that field is on you.

• Prices are shown in USD at checkout and converted to the processor settlement currency (EUR for Stripe) at the live rate plus the payment fee disclosed before you pay.
• Card payments are processed by Stripe under their own terms and security standards.
• Cryptocurrency payments are handled by a third-party crypto payment processor and settled in the token you selected.
• I do not see or store full card numbers, CVV codes, or bank details.
• You authorize the selected processor to charge your payment method for the total shown on the order confirmation.

Coins are credited to the PGTools username automatically as soon as the payment clears, typically within seconds for card payments and after the required block confirmations for crypto payments. There is no manual step between payment and delivery.

Because delivery is immediate, you expressly consent at checkout to the service starting before the standard 14-day withdrawal window ends, and you acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw once delivery has begun (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)). See the refund policy for the full wording and the narrow exceptions I honor.

You agree not to:

• Use a payment method that is not yours or that you are not authorized to use.
• Resell coins, transfer orders, or use coins in any way that violates the PGTools application’s own terms.
• Attempt to manipulate pricing, promotions, or the fraud-prevention systems.
• Use the service for money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any activity prohibited by EU or local law.

Violations may result in order cancellation, coin revocation, and a permanent ban, as described in the anti-fraud policy.

The PGTools name, logo, and application are the property of the PGTools application's owner. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any PGTools trademark, logo, or software to you or to me.

You receive a personal, non-transferable entitlement to the coins you purchase, nothing more.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in this section limits your non-waivable statutory rights as a consumer.

My total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a specific order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost in-game progress.

I may update these terms to reflect new payment options, legal requirements, or changes in how the site operates. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes are announced in the PGTools Discord server.

These terms are governed by the law of my country of residence within the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you retain the protection of mandatory provisions of your local consumer law.

Disputes will be handled by the courts having jurisdiction at my place of residence, subject to any consumer-protection rule that grants you the right to sue at your own place of residence.
