Refund policy

Coins are delivered immediately after payment, so most orders are not refundable. The narrow exceptions are documented here.

01Summary

This site is operated independently by me (0x00 on Discord). Every successful payment is credited to your PGTools username automatically, the moment the charge captures. Because the digital content has already been supplied, orders are final as a matter of law.

At checkout you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m). On top of that, I offer a short two-hour goodwill windowfrom delivery where a refund is possible if no coins have been used. The sections below explain both.

02Waiver of the right of withdrawal

EU consumers usually have 14 days to cancel an online purchase for any reason. For digital content that is delivered immediately, Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive allows that right to be waived when the buyer:

  • gives prior express consent to the service starting before the 14-day window ends, and
  • acknowledges that they lose the right to withdraw once delivery has begun.

Both are captured at checkout via a mandatory checkbox and a confirmation line shown before payment. Completing the purchase confirms both and triggers immediate credit of coins; the confirmation is recorded against your order.

03Two-hour goodwill window

The waiver above is the legal baseline: once delivery has started, the statutory right to withdraw is gone. On top of that, I offer a narrow goodwill concession so honest mistakes can be unwound.

  • You may request a refund within two hours of delivery, measured from the timestamp on the delivery confirmation email.
  • None of the credited coins may have been used. Any usage (including spending, gifting, or transferring) ends eligibility for this window.
  • The request must come from the same Discord account that placed the order and reference the order ID from the confirmation email.
  • Refunds under this window are all-or-nothing; partial refunds are not offered.

04Statutory exceptions

The waiver does not remove your statutory rights where the service itself failed. Outside the goodwill window, I review refund requests and, where the claim is valid, refund in full for:

  • Delivery failure. The charge captured but the automated credit did not reach your PGTools username and the delivery cannot be replayed.
  • Duplicate or incorrect charges. You were billed more than once for the same order, or the captured amount does not match the order total.
  • Unauthorized transactions. The payment was made without the cardholder's consent and is documented as such by the issuing bank or payment provider.
  • Non-conformity. The credited coins do not match what was advertised at checkout, and I cannot remedy the discrepancy.

Outside of the goodwill window and these statutory cases (buyer's remorse, mistyped usernames on orders already credited, or changes of mind after partial use), orders are not eligible for refund.

05How to request a review

  • Message me on Discord or email [email protected] as soon as you notice the issue. Include your order ID, PGTools username, and a short description of what happened.
  • Do not open a chargeback before contacting me (see Section 07). Reaching out first is faster and avoids account suspension.
  • Response times are listed on the support page. Most order and payment issues are closed within 24–48 hours during business hours.
  • Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Card refunds typically settle in 5–10 business days depending on the issuer.

06Cryptocurrency payments

  • The eligibility rules above apply equally to crypto payments.
  • Refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency as the original payment, not in fiat.
  • I refund the original token amount. I do not compensate for price movement between the purchase and the refund.
  • Network fees for the return transaction are deducted from the refund amount.

07Disputes and chargebacks

I keep complete records of every transaction: timestamps, IP, device fingerprint, the checkbox used to waive withdrawal, and the delivery event that credited coins. I share these with the payment processor when a dispute is opened.

See the anti-fraud policy for the full list of signals collected, what triggers a reversal, and how confirmed fraud is handled end-to-end.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. I am not obligated to use ODR, but I will engage in good faith where a resolution is possible.

08Contact

Refund and dispute requests can go through Discord DM to 0x00 or by email to [email protected]. See the support page for both channels and the usual response windows.
